Customer Service Representative

Job description The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to the sales and marketing team by handling daily, weekly and monthly administrative tasks related to coordination with customers, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and other to aid in expediting and resolving customer requests. The position will be paid on an hourly basis with a benefits package available to include Company paid health and life insurance, short and long term disability, 401k, vacation pay and 9 paid holidays. It is preferred that the candidate have fluency in the use of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, as well as Adobe Systems. It is preferred that the candidate has completed at least two years of college in an area of study closely related to sales and marketing and have at least one year experience in a sales or marketing position.
