Responsibilities: - Serve as our client's primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service. - Conduct professional and friendly phone interactions, confirming appointments and addressing inquiries promptly. - Utilize text messaging platforms to confirm appointments and communicate with clients effectively. - Assist in coordinating reference checks and skills testing for job applicants. - Proactively reach out to job seekers to gather necessary information. - Serve as the first point of contact in the absence of senior staff. - Engage in sourcing activities to identify potential job candidates. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Comfortable with frequent phone communication and proficient in handling multiple calls. - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and attire in a business environment. - Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - An analytical mind capable of learning quickly, adapting to change, and problem-solving. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite. Position Details: - Compensation: $18+ per hour. (Based on Experience) - Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break.
