Job Details Description COMPLIANCE AUDIT ASSOCIATE SUMMARY: The Compliance Audit Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that PCI adheres to internal policies. This role is responsible for conducting audits and analyzing processes to identify areas of non-compliance. The Compliance Audit Associate will work with internal stakeholders to ensure corrective action plans are put in place to ensure PCI adheres to its Values, Mission, Vision (VMV). COMPLIANCE AUDIT ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collects, analyzes, and summarizes internal records, reports, procedures, and other relevant documentation to identify compliance issues. - Prepares various reports to showcase audit findings, failed processes, corrective actions, progress, and re-validations. - Documents audit findings, including deviates from policies or regulations. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to effectively implement corrective actions and remediation plans. - Conducts follow-up audits to monitor progress of corrective actions and recommendations for improvement. COMPLIANCE AUDIT ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS : Required - High School Diploma or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience. - Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience in Accounting, Data Collecting, or Analyst duties. - Previous customer service experience. - Knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. - Must be reliable & efficient with time management. Preferred - Previous experience in a call center environment. - Previous experience with a Finance background. - Proficient in Excel graphs, specifically read, create, and adjust graphs. - Understanding Pivot Tables.
