ServiceMaster Clean is currently seeking a Full-time Commercial Sales Representative who are responsible for selling our companies janitorial services to commercial businesses within a defined service area. Specific Responsibilities of the Job: Generate leads through research, calling, presenting and referrals. Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and office visits. Resolve any customer inquiries and issues. Communicate with customers regarding the restoration process and schedule. Submit activity reports, as required. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Candidate must be able to develop a thorough understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes initiative and is able to maintain professionalism and flexibility in a hectic environment. Strong computer skills and ability to foster and maintain relationships are a must.
