- Position Type: Athletics/Activities/Advisors - Date Posted: 4/23/2024 - Location: Albany High School - Date Available: 11/18/2024 - Closing Date: Open Until Filled Albany Area Schools Coaching Opportunity Assistant Wrestling Coach Description of Position and Duties: The Assistant Wrestling Coach will work with and under the direction of the Head Coach in providing leadership and instruction to the Wrestling Program within the philosophy and rules of Albany Area Schools Athletics and in accordance with the rules of the Minnesota State High School League. This person must be able to build relationships and work successfully with student athletes, assistant coaches, parents, the community, the Activites Director and school administration as well as other program/coaches in the District. Scheduled hours and days per week: Wrestling Season Dates: Mid November - Early March Practice and Match/Meet Times as scheduled throughout the season - there will be weekend matches and tournaments. There may be off season duties as well.
