Full-time 80hrs/pp; Mon-Fri 8:00a-4:30p JOB SUMMARY: A dynamic member of the Clinical Partner Resources Office (CPRO) who collaborates and partners with various teams throughout the organization including but not limited to Recruitment, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians, Contracting, Compensation, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, and Credentialing Teams, and a variety of Leadership and Executives to improve the Clinical Partner integration, onboarding, and the ongoing maintenance of relationships with Clinical Partners. Position functions as a liaison for Clinical Partners to coordinate direction and/or communication related to their employment terms, implements and maintains the compliance of Clinical Partner contractual agreements for CentraCare entities. Position is a resource to navigate the system processes (and its affiliates systems) to foster a unified culture, provide direction, and respond to changing clinical and business climate, engage and assist with design and implementation of projects, and promote integration of departments and communications. Position presents compensation and contract offers for employment to Advanced Practice Provider candidates including negotiations as applicable with various departments. Responsible for coordinating and providing resources or expertise as needed to the Clinical Partner Resources Office, Contracting Leadership, and other Department Directors. Implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Demonstrates family centered care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers. EDUCATION: - Associate Degree required. - EducationBachelors Degree with prior experience negotiating contracts and handling multiple priorities in a health care setting strongly preferred. EXPERIENCE: - 3 years or more years of experience related field of business management, compensation, recruitment, contracting, legal, human resources, preferably in a healthcare setting. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to travel to various CentraCare locations throughout the work week. - Ability to be flexible and responsive to frequent work schedule changes to include number of hours of work per day, starting and ending times and short notice work schedule changes. - Ability to organize work load, prioritize projects, and work independently to address a wide array of concerns using consistent independent discretion. - Demonstrating attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and organizational ability, have strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required. - Ability to communicate efficiently and professionally with Clinical Partners, and other team members. - Education and skill sets to reflect the ability to competently provide a wide range of contract management. - Ability to demonstrate management skills of projects utilizing word processing, spreadsheet database, scheduling applications. Ability to deal with continual emergent demands. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel. - Ability to act as a resource, solve complex problems, and understand key business drivers to accomplish own work. - Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward solutions using independent judgement.
