Clinical Dietician | Cardiac Rehab | St. Cloud Hospital

External Description Str : Find your purpose helping patients as a Clinical Dietician! In this role you will interact as a member of the patient focused care team, use the patient care process (assess, plan, implement, and evaluate for individual patients) in determining nutrition interventions for patients across the continuum of care and ensure the implementation of a collaborative plan of care for patients of all ages. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehab patients. Position Details: - Casual position/varied hours - Monday- Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. - Potential to pick up hours as an Inpatient Registered Dietician Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree of Science or Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Nutrition/Dietetics/Nutrition Science required - Master's Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Nutrition Science preferred. - Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration required. - Licensed Dietitian within State of Minnesota preferred. - Licensed Nutritionist in the State of Minnesota preferred. - 1 year of clinical experience preferred. - 1 year of food Service experience preferred. - Basic computer skills necessary.
