Job Description: About the Role: The Client Service Specialist at Toppan Merrill ensures that customers receive the best service possible through processing orders, preparing general correspondence & coordinating with other functions as required. This is a hybrid role. Assists clients on technical products or services by answering questions & solving projects involved in the use. Identifies, investigates & researches client questions & problems & may refer to account specialists, managers or other service personnel for follow-up as appropriate. Responsible for coordinating client specific reports & projects on time. This is a hybrid role; 2 days in the office and 3 days work from home. What You'll Do: Review customer requests for service. Contacts internal and external customer to obtain or give information and directions regarding job and or service activities. May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks and goals. Apply youradvanced skills to the position. Adapt procedures, processes and techniques to accomplishrequirements. Demonstrate a proactive, innovative & consultative approach in interaction with all internal/external clients. Works under general supervision. Works in a manner that is not disruptive to peers, supervisors and/or subordinates. Maintains regular and acceptable attendance. Assignments are broad in nature and usually require originality and ingenuity. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Other duties may be assigned. About You: Excellent Customer Service skills: promptly responds to customer needs, solicits feedback and meets commitments. Excellent Communication, both verbal and written with proper spelling and grammar. ExcellentListening skills. Excellent written communication skills, and ability to read and interpret written information. Analytical tosynthesize complex or diverse information. Creative togeneratessolutions; Demonstrate attention to detail. Problem Solving skills toidentify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Develops alternative solutions. Able to be a positive leader in a team environment, accepting and adjustingconstructive feedback. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent level of skill and experience inMicrosoft Office.
