Benefits that we offer part time employees: Paid Training and Development Additional Employee Discounts and Perks 401 K with Corporate contribution for employees over 18 Free College Education through Strayer Online University valued up to $13,600 annually (must have a diploma) Qualifications Primary duties will consist of but not limited to: Keep all areas neat and clean Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows and wipes down door jambs Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris Applies special-purpose cleans to remove foreign materials which normal cleaning procedure do not remove, utilizing experience and judgment, while following products manufacturers recommendations Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects; dents, scratches, torn upholstery and poor mechanical operations then notes it in the system as necessary Uses proper eye, hand and body protection when using products that require it Applies dressing on tires and tire wells Maintains showroom and stock vehicles in clean and presentable conditions at all times Ensures proper stickers on sold vehicles Perform other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience: No experience necessary On the job training provided Qualifications and Requirements: Current, valid Drivers License with driving record that meets insurance company standards Willing to submit and the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Good working relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service Ability to lift 25 pounds Ability to repeatedly bend or stoop to floor-level shelves and be able to reach upper shelves with the use of a stool or ladder when necessary Ability to have a flexible schedule (evenings and Saturdays) Our Values: We value our relationships · We do whats right, whats honest · We aim for excellence · We listen to really understand · We take action · We show respect · We work as teams · We strive to improve, learn · We greet each day with gratitude · We celebrate what we do together The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable
