Duties: - Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on business and estate planning matters. - Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, wills, and trusts. - Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations. - Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings. - Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction. - Collaborate with team members on complex cases and projects. - Stay updated on developments in business and estate planning law. Requirements: - Licensed attorney in Minnesota. - Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills. - Sense of ownership in work and with clients. - Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and have autonomy on files. - Applicable business or real estate experience is preferred. Education and Certifications: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. - Active membership in the Minnesota State Bar Association or eligibility for admission.
