Our Core Values Perseverance / Integrity / Family / Stability / Competency Roles and Responsibilities - Assume the role of first contact for Refrigeration/HVAC building automation service calls - Assist technicians on-site with troubleshooting control systems - Analyze after-hours (evening and weekend) alarm calls on the next working/business day - Perform monthly controls checks for assigned customers; document as needed - Maintain knowledge of controls contracts and provisions - Team with service manager on controls training for technicians - Assist customers on controls-related issues - Assist after-hours dispatchers on training and support - Maintain ownership of training all branches on use of iPads and mobile forms - Work with service manager in updating service forms - Establish remote communication for all accessible controls systems; document site information Train additional staff as needed Additional Responsibilities - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor - Assist parts team with questions/support as needed - Create work orders and maintain communication with dispatchers Follow up on product loss/issue calls and breakdown system failures Minimum Requirements - Ability to assume an on-call rotation with controls department - High School education or equivalent Computer skills with a working knowledge of network systems - Exceptional customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in HVAC/R systems Technical troubleshooting skills Experience in building automation systems What's in it for You - Health Insurance with company-match HSA - Company-paid Dental, Life, and Short-term Disability insurance - 401k/Profit sharing - Vacation, Holiday, and Sick pay Being a valued & appreciated team member of a premier family-owned company EEO/AA/M/F/Vets/Disabled
