The contract to hire Bookkeeper will work in the Redwood Falls, Minnesota area. Responsibilities - Organize a structured method to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures - Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information - Support quality archived records by filing documents - Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits - Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions - Settle accounts by reconciling entries - Preside over and review general ledger - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred - Proven knowledge of billing - Well-founded grasp of non-profit fund accounting - Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) - Experience with Deposits - Strong familiarity with payroll - Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred - QuickBooks experience preferred - Previous experience using accounting software - Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
