BILINGUAL STAFFING ASSISTANT Cold Spring , MN 56320 Job Category: Manufacturing Job ID: 55842242 Pay Rate: $21.50 / hour Jobs Office: St.Cloud Job Description Job Title : Bilingual Staffing Assistant Location : Cold Spring, MN Compensation : $20/hr on days and $21.50/hr on nights Schedule : 545 am - 6 pm (days) and 545 pm - 6 am (nights) rotating 2-2-3 schedule Job Type : Temporary or Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Bilingual Staffing Assistants for a leading beverage packaging company located in Cold Spring, MNIf you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. What You'll Do: - Track and report attendance daily to the Onsite Representative - Determine if shift coverage is needed - Provide support for new hires on their first day, including greeting, touring, assisting with clock in/out, introductions, training, and check-ins - Recognize, coach, and reinforce any GMP violations, reporting to the Onsite Representative if necessary - Assist Leads with scanning and accurately reporting daily - Ensure employees stay busy if there is extended downtime due to production changes throughout the day - Complete the “Suite D Employee Checklist” form each shift and provide the report to the Onsite Rep - Expected to work the line and help where needed, in addition to the other responsibilities What You Need to Bring: - Ability to report to work 30 minutes before the start of shift time - Strong communication skills to proactively communicate with the Onsite Representative on issues/concerns that arise - Capable of extended standing on hard surfaces and regular bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation - Comfortable working in a production environment with damp floors - Ability to use forklift and other production equipment Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
