Bilingual Production Line Lead – Day & Night Shifts!

We are seeking candidates for Bilingual Production Line Lead roles on 12-hour day and 12-hour night shifts. The hours for this position are 5:45 am-6:00 pm or 5:45 pm-6:00 am. Compensation for these temp-to-hire opportunities starts at $21.00-$22.50 per hour, depending on shift. Interested? Read below for more information! What you’ll do as a Bilingual Production Line Lead: Repackage products Break down cardboard, stack cardboard on the machine, and palletize completed products Help new starts get familiar with job duties Direct the line staff to stay on task, follow GMPs, and give work direction What you need to become a Bilingual Production Line Lead: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand on your feet for entire shift with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and lift up to 20-25 pounds regularly with or without reasonable accommodations Previous lead or supervisory experience Ability to give work direction #WorkNow What are you waiting for?
