Job Details Description Are you currently in your Masters program for ABA and will be pursuing your BCBA? Have you completed your Masters program and plan on sitting for your BCBA? At Fraser, your work truly makes a difference in the lives of others! As a BCBA Trainee, you will be working with the BCBA to implement treatment plans for kids diagnosed with ASD. You will be helping providing observation and direction to direct care staff, as well as participating in family/ caregiver training. What Can Fraser Offer You? - Free supervision for fieldwork hours built into your schedule. - Schedule: Our clinical hours are Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm. - Comprehensive Benefits: $350 hiring bonus offered for external new hires! Benefits available for full-time employees working 30 hours or greater. Responsibilities: - Provide direct care to children diagnosed with ASD. - Assist clients with increasing independence, skill development, self-care, safety, sensory processing, communication, and other areas - Participate in family and caregiver training. - Provide observation and direction to direct care staff. Requirements: - In a Masters Program for ABA. Completed MA degree with intent to pursue your BCBA. - Passionate about children with special needs and enjoys making a difference in the lives of children and families - Experience with preschool-aged children, children with diverse needs, autism, or a mental health diagnosis are highly preferred but not required. - Ability to pass DHS background check - Reliable transportation - Commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion with a focus on culturally responsive practice, internal self-awareness, and reflection.
