What You’ll Do as a Batching QC Compliance Specialist: - Verify batching kits for accuracy before shipment to the main plant - Confirm ingredient quantities and assist with inventory accuracy - Perform organoleptic analysis on supplied ingredients - Support vendor quality monitoring and compliance testing - Report non conformances, waste, and conservation issues - Assist with quality systems and regulatory compliance initiatives What You Need to Bring to the Batching QC Compliance Specialist Role: - Strong attention to detail with good math and problem solving skills - Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. on a regular basis - Comfort working in a high speed production environment - Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel - Ability to communicate effectively with team members and vendors - Previous quality, compliance, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required What are you waiting for?
