Our Central Bakery crafts a complete line of signature products daily that we sell exclusively in Coborn's and Cash Wise stores. As an employee of Coborn's, Inc., the Bakery Production II assists in the production of bakery products. Duties include weighing, measuring and mixing ingredients to produce dough for various bakery products and to ensure proper quality standards are met. Bake or fry bakery products according to established procedures. Will set-up and operate production equipment that includes mixers, ovens and fryers.
