External Description Str : We are looking for a team player to coordinate and provide support on projects related to Cetera’s Voice of Customer (VoC) program to align the organization around engraining data-driven insights into all business decisions to improve retention, and ultimately, create more Promoters for Cetera Financial Group. We are seeking an Associate VoC Specialist to add to our team in one of our office locations. This is a hybrid role, in one of our locations: San Diego, CA | El Segundo, CA | Denver, CO | Des Moines, IA | Schaumburg IL | St Paul, MN | Saint Cloud, MN | Enfield, CT | Atlanta, GA | Dallas, TX. What you will do: - Work with VoC Program Manager and internal stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives that align with organizational goals. - Help manage VoC communications, recognition, training materials and calendars as assigned. - Engage in activities to learn key functionality within survey platform for both the customer experience and employee experience management tools (survey development, configuration, reporting). - Develop relationships with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional teams are supported with data-driven insights. - Train new stakeholders on program/processes and collaborate on business unit and community action plans to optimize the customer and employee experience. - Up to 5% travel What you need to have : - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required, majors in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Market Research or related field preferred. - 1-3 years' experience in project coordination of small to large initiatives. Recent college graduates with relevant work and/or internship experience considered. - Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide support on cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Ability to summarize complex findings clearly and concisely. - Strong conceptual, analytical, and creative thinker. What is nice to have: - Business intelligence in research and survey tools such as Qualtrics. - Experience with CRMs (Salesforce) is preferred. - Experience in research or roles that leverage customer/employee feedback is preferred. - Specific knowledge of the financial industry and independent broker-dealers. Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations. #LI-Hybrid
