Assistant Service Manager (SR)

Monitor the performance of all service department staff. Visit with past, current, and future customers on a consistent and monthly basis to discuss any issues and request additional business. Use quality control procedures designed to monitor quality of work and take corrective action where standards are not met. Provide assistance, information, and direction to employees to correct technical concerns, improve efficiency, and improve warranty recovery. Holds daily department meetings. Schedule personnel to maximize shop efficiencies. Maintain focus on safety / safe work practices.
