Position Overview:Becker School District is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Assistant Middle School Principal to join our team at Becker Middle School! The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. As the Assistant Principal, you will work closely with the Principal to support the academic and social-emotional growth of our middle school students.Key Responsibilities:Instructional Leadership: Collaborate with teachers to enhance instructional practices, curriculum development, and student assessment strategies. Support the implementation of effective teaching methods and interventions.School Climate & Culture: Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive school climate. Implement programs and initiatives that promote student engagement, well-being, and character development.Administrative Duties: Assist the Principal in managing daily school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and school safety. Ensure compliance with district policies and state regulations.Professional Development: Support ongoing professional growth for staff through mentoring, coaching, and professional learning opportunities. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.Parent & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders. Communicate effectively and collaboratively with families to support student success and address concerns.Data Analysis & Decision Making: Utilize student data to inform instructional practices, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance student achievement.Qualifications:Master's degree in Education. Three to five years Classroom experience.
