What You'll Do as an Assembler: - Assemble fabricated parts into small subassemblies and/or complete units - Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners - Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and gathering parts, tools, and materials - Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble units - Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following procedures and regulations - Check inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role: - Must have experience working with hand tools - Must have at least 6 months of production experience in the last year - Previous assembly experience preferred - Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations - Customer-oriented and able to work well in a team environment Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
