Pay Rate: Starting at $25 hourly Shift Availability: New Hire Training Hours: 6 am until finished for the first week Regular Schedule: 10-hour days, Monday to Friday, starting at either 4:00 am, 5:00 am, 6:00 am, or 7:30 am, depending on the assigned area after training As a Production Laborer, you'll play a crucial role in various tasks including building concrete structures, cleaning and scraping, mixing products, framing work, and utilizing tools while reading blueprints. Collaborate with your team to efficiently set up, strip, and pour materials (lifting up to 50 lbs). Ideal candidates will have previous experience in construction or industrial production environments or at least six months of experience with hand or power tools.
