- Position Type: High School Teaching - Date Posted: 4/9/2024 - Location: Foley High School JOB POSTING Agriculture Licensed Teacher FOLEY PUBLIC SCHOOLS Foley Public Schools is accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE Agriculture Teacher and FFA Advisor for the 2024-2025 school year. Courses taught will cover the full breadth of Agriculture. The successful candidate will enjoy excellent facilities and an environment and community supportive of Agriculture & Career and Technical Education courses and careers. The current contract for an Agriculture teacher at Foley High School is a 12 month contract (paid throughout the year). Foley High School utilizes a 5 period trimester with 65 minute classes and a 25 minute common intervention period. Teachers teach 4 classes per trimester. Candidates must possess or be able to demonstrate ability to obtain appropriate licensure prior to the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year. Coaching and/or Advisor positions are also available but are not a requirement for this position. Salary and benefits will be in accordance with the Master Agreement between Foley Public Schools and Foley United Educators.
