Job Description: Position Summary As an Account Manager you will be responsible to sell targeted All State Products and services to targeted markets in accordance with sales and marketing plans, assuring consultative partnering as established. Qualifications You are required to have: - 3 years minimum of experience in customer account management, sales, or related experience - Experience acting as primary contact with high profile customers assuring an excellent customer experience at all times - Must be able to work with a wide variety of personalities, multi-location team members, and multiple departments to assure the customer is number one - Driver's license with a driving record that is compliant with our driver's policy - Demonstrated ability to take initiative and generate results - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Extreme organizational skills and attention to detail Additional preferred qualifications: - Experience in customer account management, sales, or related experience in the fire alarm and security systems industry - Experience with developing and executing a customer retention and expansion plan including contract negotiation Location This position can be located out of our Sauk Rapids, MN or Roseville, MN.
