Collections Specialist

This Specialist will manage delinquent account by performing collection activities and resolving root cause of delinquency. Job Responsibilities: Perform accurate and timely collection activities and lead collection efforts Assist in developing collection strategies that align with corporate objectives Reconcile customer balances to ensure accuracy and alignment with the customer Partner with sales on disputes and collection issues Minimize delinquencies, bad debt write off, and identify risk Document progress and establish a follow up routine Job Requirements: Strong analytical, organizational, time management, and problem solving skills Demonstrate conflict resolution and negotiation skills Ability to exercise sound judgement Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills Microsoft office experience including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to multitask effectively Ethical conduct Education/Training: Previous accounts receivable collection experience High School Diploma or equivalent required EEO Employer/AA: M/F/Vets/Disabled
