Rock Creek Coffeehouse in Sauk Rapids first opened in 2014 and is owned by Art & Mary Buhs and Matt and Suzie Buhs. A step inside and you’ll find a comfortable, buzzing atmosphere with delicious beverage and food options. And for those of us on the go, you have the option to drive-thru, too.
Sarah Appel manages the day-to-day work of Rock Creek and chatted with us a bit about the business. “We’re locally-owned, so the community really has got to know us. We have the very best crew of baristas – they’re hardworking, friendly, and make us successful. And the people of Sauk Rapids and surrounding areas have been wonderful too!”
“The business community in Central MN is such a close-knit and diverse community. We know we can go to local businesses to brainstorm ideas, help each other out when it’s needed, or just show our support by patronizing their establishments. We are really a community that supports one another. We have received a lot of support and encouragement during the last year; promotion of the business has been wonderful.
