These businesses employ more than 28,000 people in the US and Canada, who work at dozens of processing and support facilities. Shift Available: 1st Shift (7:00AM – 6:00PM) Compensation: $22.05/hr. Principal Accountabilities This position is accountable to produce food safe product in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include: • Assisting with training, reviewing and implementation of programs; • Accountable for making decisions about production including responsibility and accountability in supervisor’s absence; • Follow and champion personal and food safety policies and procedures as well as reporting any and all concerns or violations to the Leadership Team; and • Other duties as assigned Please note that a majority of roles within the Monticello facility work with pork products and/or are in the same room with both pork and non-pork meat products. Required Qualifications • Ability to perform basic math such as Addition, Subtraction, Division, and Multiplication. • Basic computer skills. • Ability to work overtime, including weekends and/or holidays as needed with advanced notice. • Must be willing and able to work with and/or handle various food products, including eggs and pork, with or without a reasonable accommodation. • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa Sponsorship. • Must be 18 years or older. Preferred Qualifications • Previous food manufacturing experience. • Previous Warehouse experience. • Previous experience in a fast paced, safety focused environment.
