POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for Database development and administration, report and spreadsheet creation and organization, and keeping records of union employees. Provides reports relating to layoffs, budget, variance, and the warehouse/returns operations. · Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly daily detail expenses reports. · Audit Easy Labor to employee daily hours logs. · Maintain daily attendance (point’s database) for all union employees. · Maintain new employee information which includes orientation paper work, medical, dental, life and disability enrollment. · Audit all invoices received which include the following: Temporary Employee expenses, Medical, and Dental expenses. · Create and maintain databases and reports for all statistical information relative to warehouse operations. · Maintain, modify, and produce spread sheet, charts, and databases for reporting purposes. · Responsible for maintaining and updating promotion request database. · Maintenance of staffing level data and report to management for union and non-union employees. · Responsible for maintaining the following confidential information: Employee Medical, Dental, and Life insurance documents; hourly wage information for union employees; vacation and holiday time. · Provide telephone support for the warehouse operations. · Assist warehouse staff with daily questions. · Use High Jump system to collect and audit productivity statistics to be reported on daily expense reporting. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: · Excellent communication and organizational skills. · Excellent PC skills including Excel and Access. · Ability to handle multiple tasks. · Ability to demonstrate a high degree of urgency and dependability. · Willingness to work extended hours as the business requirements dictate.
