Transaction Coordinator Transaction Coordinator must be a team player, express excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to multitask. This role will ensure contracts are handled with quality and accuracy, takes the lead on tasks, and embraces change to drive improvements towards the next best steps or process. Key Responsibilities • Prioritize transactions from origination until payment disbursement • Manage contracts and flow processes including follow up • Obtain verbal verification of equipment delivery and authorization to disburse funds • Handle insurance, title and invoice requests and submissions • Review executed documentation packages for accuracy, and follow-up on outstanding items • Update origination platform with complete and accurate status changes, descriptions, pricing, and additional data • Build and develop relationships with customers and vendor partners • Serve as support to the team and department Qualifications • Associate’s degree or related work experience • Experience in loan, documentation or order processing • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Self-motivated and detail oriented • Ability to multitask in high-paced environment • Driven by desire a to provide an extraordinary customer experience
