Pay: $21+ per hour 1st Shift Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday This is a temporary six-month assignment providing logistics support with career advancement potential. Essential Functions: Uses purchasing, planning, and material management software to organize and track material, equipment, and maintenance parts. Responsible for setting up and updating equipment in the ERP system. Works closely with equipment buyers to generate purchase orders and manage and track third-party equipment needs. Retrieves, reviews, and processes vendors invoices. Accurately codes invoices to ensure prompt payment to vendors. The support department needs ongoing invoice review and payment processing. Works with teams or other individuals on special projects per request. Actively engages team members to lend help balancing the workload of duties outlined above. Identifies opportunities for streamlining work and reducing waste to improve efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of a two-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related degree; One year of administrative, database, or other office experience; or equivalent combinations of education and work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to work independently and learn new software systems while managing and meeting deadlines.
