Responsibilities: Manage and development of team members. Set location goals and objectives, work with team members to obtain goals. Inventory reporting, order, management of inventory. Training new hires and on-going coaching for current team members Organize and maintain location schedule for team members. Greet each customer in a prompt, courteous manner. Discuss customer needs or concerns Write service and tire estimates and present options to customer Obtain customer and vehicle data Technician and Service Advisor support Schedule appointments Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacture's specifications, using maintenance menus Communicate the need for additional work when needed; explain the details to the customer, including the additional cost and time consideration and document properly on repair order Follow up progress of each repair order during the day, contact customers by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised Handle telephone calls regarding work in process and appointments Review work preformed and explain charges Assist the team members as necessary • Qualifications: • Previous experience in the automotive repair industry, sales, or other related fields • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Must meet company's drivers license requirements for employment Customer service skills; Willing to learn point of sale system Pass a pre-employment drug screening Sales experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
