Sr IT Bus Systems Analyst Location: Rice Creek, Minnesota, United States Requisition #: 210000IO Post Date: 2 days ago Careers that Change Lives In this role as a Sr Business Systems Analyst in Rice Creek Pharma Operations, you will have responsibility for enhancing existing and creating new Business Intelligence systems. RCPO develops and manufactures combination (drug/device) components and implantable devices, along with manufacturing other implantable devices/components. In this role you will gain experience supporting a world class manufacturing facility and become familiar with various products across Medtronics portfolio, supporting your development and growth. This role will work very closely with the site Subject Matter Expert and play an important role in the expansion of this growing facility. A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. - Consults with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs turning those needs into system requirements. - Provides technical expertise for system functional specifications and deploys new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner. - May configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, system, and integration testing to meet business requirements. - May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Must Have: Minimum Requirements - Bachelors degree required - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience Nice to Have - Experience with MSCM preferred (Medtronic System Compliance Methodology) About Medtronic Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
