QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Complete daily workload efficiently and with minimal supervision - Provide leadership with progress report on position tasks and duties to ensure consistency - Proactively discover insights/trends and communicate with leadership regarding findings - Collaborate with other QA Team members to ensure monthly workload is completed timely - Perform the functions of a Collections Associate or Customer Service Associate as needed - Other job-related duties as required by business needs QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be Fluent in Both Spanish & English - Positive and professional attitude - Excellent attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently and manage daily workload with minimal supervision - Ability to provide leadership with progress report on position tasks and duties to ensure consistency - Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion Preferred: - 1+ years of Call Center Experience OR 1+ years of familiarity with the Call Center Industry - 1+ years of Collections or Sales Experience - 2+ years of Customer Service Experience OFFICE LOCATION: - 628 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN QUALITY ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE COMPENSATION: - $19.00-$22.00 per hour Based on Experience - $2,000 Sign On Bonus Based on Bilingual Skillset BENEFITS: PCI has standard and competitive benefit plans, which include group medical/dental/vision, short term disability, long term disability as well as an attractive group of voluntary benefits.
