ACCOUNT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Field incoming calls to process credit applications over the phone. - Field and process electronic credit applications. - Review contract details with customer over the phone, verify the customer’s identity and ensure their overall satisfaction and knowledge of financing terms and process. - Verifying information submitted by customers with third parties. - Providing application support to customers. - Verifying application information. - Troubleshooting application errors. - Providing excellent customer service related to financing applications and contracts. - Multi-task in a fast-paced environment. ACCOUNT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be Fluent in both Spanish & English - Detail Orientated - Problem Resolution Focused - Positive Attitude - Empathetic and Patient - Proactive Communicator Preferred: - 1+ years of Call Center Experience OR 1+ years of familiarity with the Call Center Industry - 3+ years of Customer Service Experience - Background in Communications or Data Entry/Analytics OFFICE LOCATION: - 628 Roosevelt Road, St. Cloud, MN ACCOUNT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE COMPENSATION: - $18.00-$19.25 per hour Based on Experience - $2,000 Sign on Bonus Based on Bilingual Skillset BENEFITS: PCI has standard and competitive benefit plans, which include group medical/dental/vision, short term disability, long term disability as well as an attractive group of voluntary benefits.
