Senior Field Market Development Manager - Brain Modulation Location: Rice Creek, Minnesota, United States Requisition #: 21000P4L Post Date: 1 day ago **Careers that Change Lives** Seeking a Senior Field Market Development Manager who is highly motivated and passionate about building therapy awareness to patients and referrers to ensure that more patients can benefit from Medtronic Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) therapies for Movement Disorders such as Parkinsons Disease, Essential Tremor and Dystonia. This individual will work collaboratively with HCP customers, marketing, and the sales organization to deploy and execute on patient and referring physician focused awareness and education programs in the US. Medtronic Brain Modulation, within the Brain Therapies division, is the leader in Deep Brain Stimulation therapy globally. With 20+years of commitment to this therapy, we are investing significantly in our portfolio pipeline to maintain and expand our leadership position. You will be joining a team of high-performing marketers, who partner with the US sales and clinical team in the US to drive adoption of our technologies for market and share growth through a robust portfolio of DBS products. *This is a remote, field-based position reporting in through the marketing function **A Day in the Life** + Identify unique local market opportunities to increase therapy and product awareness + Develop and implement targeted patient outreach initiatives + Conduct patient education seminars and community outreach programs in partnership with HCPs + Manage the execution of marketing activities for all participating providers + Collaborate closely with marketing and sales counterparts on program execution and optimization + Work in close partnership and communicate regularly with sales management and sales reps to maintain consistency in program targets and scope + Track, measure, analyze and report marketing program impact to key internal and external stakeholders + Optimize resource allocations for future initiatives by understanding program analytics + Understand the dynamic market needs and identify opportunities for future awareness campaigns + Develop and maintain relationships with sales organization, HCPs and key practice or hospital staff + Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, and company policies + Travel to meet with HCPs, customer representatives (in health care facilities and other venues) to discuss marketing initiatives + 40-50% travel **Must Have: Minimum Requirements** To be considered, these minimum requirements must be evident on your resume: + Bachelors Degree + 7+ years experience in a Marketing or Sales role (5 years with a masters degree) + Healthcare, Pharma, medical device experience **Nice to Have** + Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills + Excellent planning, project management and analytical skills + Creative, persistent, and strategic thinker + Ability to build and maintain relationships + Must be detailed-oriented and organized + Self-driven and able to work independently + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs + Project management experience + Worked with or has experience interacting with a broad sales force **About Medtronic** Together, we can change healthcare worldwide.
