Position: Senior Director of Project Management – Exempt Job Summary: Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the Senior Director of Project Management will partner with all applicable key stakeholders to develop and execute projects in support of existing & new customer product requirements across all CBG locations to achieve desired results in meeting agreed-upon customer demands as well as company short term and long-term goals. The Sr. Director of Project Management will develop and lead project teams from start to finish to identify and make recommendations for improvement relating to inefficiencies and limitations in equipment, processes, methodologies & logistics while adhering to safety, quality & compliance and developing contingency plans as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: - Identifies departments, team members and vendors for project involvement. - Develops, implements & oversees project plans, budgets & timelines. - Leads and provides guidance & insight to ensure all project deliverables & outcomes are met and provides project updates to senior leadership and customers as requested or required. - Ensures applicable safety & compliance guidelines are met and potential risks are eliminated. - Manages team-level and corporate processes effectively, using strong process and project knowledge to drive project deliverables. - Considers the financial impacts of project(s) by identifying budgetary impacts of strategic and critical issues. - Manages execution of all major capital projects across the CBG network. - Other duties may be assigned Position Requirements: - 10+ years in beverage manufacturing leadership role. - Solid knowledge of beverage manufacturing processes and equipment. - Possess a strong skillset in the following: leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, organization, time management, negotiation & communication. - Proven experience leading projects and activities including leading with adherence to safety, quality, excellence, and efficiency. - Can assimilate data, recognize key variables, analyze complex situations, and make sound judgements. - Possess understanding of project management and associated deliverables and expectations. - Act & think strategically and see “the big picture” while also being involved/hands on - Participate and work effectively on multiple cross-functional teams, understanding that relationships are key.
