The Senior Accountant will manage activities to ensure compliance, manage monthly closing of accounts and preparation of reports in support of the financial statement. The ideal candidate possesses solid operational accounting background and works to drive results. Responsibilities: - Manage monthly financial close process - Reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation - Participate in financial projects, audits and budgeting - Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance - Prepare journal entries, account analyses, and summary feedback of financial statements - Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes requirements - Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills - 5+ years of progressive accounting experience - Self-starter - Goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment
