The St. Cloud Hospital’s Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides quality care to our tiniest and sickest of infants from age of viability and above. Our 30 bed state of the art NICU provides a combination single and pod style rooms, which allows for parents to stay with their infant 24/7, dedicated lactation support, March of Dimes Family Support Program, Respite room for parents, and air & ground transport, all while providing high tech care with heart. Schedule: - 60-72 hrs/pp, 12 hr rotating days/nights, 7am-7:30pm and 7pm-7:30am, every other weekend, every other holiday Pay: - Starting pay: ADN $33.52/hr; BSN $34.19 /hr; MSN $35.22/hr Qualifications: - Graduate from an accredited nursing program and current MN RN license required - BSN or MSN preferred; BSN required within three years of hire - Previous experience in NICU nursing is preferred - Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required prior to completion of unit orientation - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required for all RNs, STABLE preferred, training provided upon completion of orientation - National Certification preferred in area of specialty CentraCare Health and Carris Health have made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
