50hrs per pay period (2 weeks), Monday - Friday 9am-2pm, every other weekend and rotating holidays n JOB SUMMARY: Responsible to ensure that each customer is served in a friendly, and timely manner. This includes greeting each customer as they enter, processing customers orders through the POS System, and working with coworkers to provide an outstanding dining experience. Abides by Customer Service Standards, supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers. n EDUCATION: n n - High School Diploma or GED required. n n PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: n n - 1 years of institutional food service experience preferred. n - Customer Service/retail/waitressing/catering experience is preferred but not required. n n ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: n n - Good communication skills required. n - Mathematical skills required. n - Working knowledge of cash register. n - Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. n CentraCare Health and Carris Health have made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
