Performs a variety of qualitative tests or qualitative assays on samples, and to aid in maintenance and certification of test instruments and apparatus to ensure compliance. Prepares and monitors quality statistics and reports. Reviews production records for conformance to procedures. Conducts non-conformance tests of manufactured, packaged or tested product. Responsible for Receiving Inspection, In-Process Inspections, First Article Inspections, coordinating with local Defense Contractor Management Agency quality representative, participate in Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, & Corrective Actions.Basic Qualifications:Associates or Two Year Technical DegreeAt least 2 years of Quality Control Experience in a manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) experience and/or CertificationEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
