Job Summary: The Property Management Maintenance Technician provides for the safety and security for all Catholic Charities staff and clients through the proper care of the physical property. They support the treatment process through a systematic approach to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems maintenance and by responding to the maintenance requests of the individual program buildings. Major Job Responsibilities: · Provide preventative and daily maintenance for various departments throughout the agency and affiliated programs. · Assist in special projects and planning relative to changes in the physical plant for new or existing programming. · Respond to agency needs regarding all mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems within the agency and repair them when needed. · Provide maintenance services and supervision for remote Catholic Charities programs within the diocese coordinating repair when necessary. · Work with clients when assigned to participate in Work Program within Catholic Charities programs. Job Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Related Experience: Five (5) years in general maintenance
