Job Description Join the Midwest's Leading Natural Stone Fabricator as a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the design and job management of our customer’s stone countertop projects. The Project Coordinator also provides sales, project design and customer service to customers at the Cold Spring Granite-Tops/Stone Countertop Outlet location. We are looking for candidates with a strong attention to detail, eye for design, strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple customer projects or jobs at any given time. This position serves as the point of contact for our customers, walking them through their countertop project from the point of an accepted proposal until the customer’s countertops have been installed! Excellent customer service is a top priority in this role. Duties and responsibilities Project Management - Develop price quotes and sales proposals in response to customer inquiries - Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our customers install dates are met to the best of our abilities and jobs are completed to the customer’s expectations - Coordinate with customers to ensure complete project information is gathered and all items needed for a job have been ordered or completed - Meet customers in our showroom to discuss colors, pricing, edging and other sales information. - Occasional trips to vendors to show customers slab colors and discuss project planning. - Inspect drawings and templates for accuracy prior to fabrication - Plan and order stone for assigned projects Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Qualifications Required: - Communication — the ability to communicate effectively with the customer, providing strong customers service and closing sales. - Math — the skills needed to calculate project prices and stone invoices accurately and completely - Computer — proficiency in computer applications used in executing the business processes. CAD LT proficiency a plus. - Organization — able to keep track of multiple projects, files, and schedules to maintain high customer service levels - Teamwork — able to support team members in making sure that all needed tasks are completed.
