As the Program Manager for Housing, you will oversee the daily operation and coordination of supportive housing programs for families experiencing homelessness within the LSS Housing and Family Services Department. The primary function of this position is coordination and execution of housing programs in the St. Cloud Area. You will oversee program FHPAP Prevention, Keeping Families Together programs and partnership with a developer site in Princeton. Hiring bonus of $800, $400 at hire and $400 at 6 months. Pay range: $49,047 - $54,497 per year depending on experience. 29591 Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human service or equivalent plus 4 years' experience in a human services field required. Knowledge of crisis intervention; chemical dependency treatment, physical or sexual abuse, family violence required. Knowledge and experience about Motivational interviewing, Harm Reduction, Housing First Model and Trauma Informed Care Previous experience working with low-income families and homelessness Demonstrates the ability to work with a culturally diverse population and of cultural competency Strong organizational skills Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, positively, and professionally with participants, providers, family members, co-workers, supervisor and others Demonstrate the ability to work independently while functioning as part of a larger team to promote a positive, supportive, and collaborative atmosphere.
