Job Description Production Worker FULL-TIME $15/hr Starting $13.40/hour with a 12% shift differential for 2nd shift and weekend shift which brings the rate to $15/hour! • 2nd shift from 4:30pm - 3am, plus overtime. • Weekend shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 6am - 6:30pm Examples of this work: Production Worker • Feeding Sanders; takes panels from a pallet and places them under the sander. • Assembling various components based on customer specifications; meets quality and quantity standards. • Catching panels coming off Tenoners. • Working in HDF cell. • Down piling rails off Cope. Machine Operator • Sets-up, operates and verifies work on assigned machine in a manner which consistently meets customer specification, quality requirements and production standards. • Monitors product constantly to ensure that quality standards are being met and rejects product that does not meet quality standards. • Assists in training new operators as required. • Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to this position; i.e., lean record keeping, production reports, accurate time keeping, etc. REM-03 WS-03 Schedule Shift start: 6:00AM or 4:30PM Shift length: Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance - available after 30 days - Paid time off - 401(k) plan Qualifications - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Must be at least 18+ years old About Quanex Building Products Quanex Building Products Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, provides components for the fenestration industry worldwide.
