The Opportunity: We are currently seeking Production Workers for heavy industrial work at our corrugated box plant in St. Cloud, MN. Starting pay: $18.93 plus shift differential, increase every 30 days up to first 120 days, benefits after 2 months of employment, overtime pay. Rotating 1st and 2nd shift-7am - 3pm; 3pm - 11pm; and 3rd shift - 11pm - 7am Primary duties include safely performing a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing areas, that include handling corrugated product, conducting quality checks, materials set-up, and maintaining a clean and organized work space. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery, and have a desire to advance within the company. Job Requirements: What you need to succeed: At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent. Solid work history. Heavy industrial manufacturing or prior box plant experience preferred. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations. Ability to lift, push, pull heavy product, navigate stairs, stand, walk, and bend throughout the entire shift. Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific direction, and other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean work environment. Ability to read a tape measure, basic math, and computer skills.
