Seeking entry-level Production Operator to perform good manufacturing practices while following food safety guidelines and requirements. Duties: -Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shift 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM -Must ensure proper sealing, closing, labeling, handling and storage of all cheese barrels. -Produce bulk parmesan and cheddar cheese barrels that are used by other food processors to create finished cheese products. -Weigh bags, as well as scanning and placing labels on the cheese barrels. Perform general cleaning tasks in area. -Must move barrels.
