The Product Marketing Associate Director (Banking Sector GTM Strategist) will have knowledge of the US banking segment, competitive landscape and key ecosystem, combined with excellent communication and analytical skills. This go to market strategist will shape our go to market strategy and work across Product, Sales and Marketing to execute. **Essential Duties and responsibilities:** + Ownership of Go-to-market strategy: + Devise product go-to-market process, plan timelines, launch scenarios, pricing and promotions + In partnership with the Marketing team drive Media Strategy and Thought Leadership Strategy + Liaise with senior leadership across segments and functions and transform data-led knowledge into specific strategic plans. + In conjunction with the leadership, help drive New Product Innovation and Feature/Functionality prioritization + Develop strong working relationships with the Sales team + Identify, Communicate and Monitor Competitive and Industry Trends to drive market strategy + Knows the Business and Industry: An understanding of WK GRC Compliance Solutions, our solutions, our customers and how we serve those customers + Problem Solving Ability: + Strategic and creative thinking skills and the ability to express that in writing, in presentations and verbally + Strong Analytical skills - analyze industry trends and impact + Manages to Results: Strong project management skills, organizational skills, initiative and the ability to prioritize, set and meet deadlines. + Ability to Manage Change and Ambiguity: + A strong sense of urgency and flexibility + Ability to work under pressure, show determination and persistence + Ability to effectively work with and influence senior stakeholders **Job Qualifications:** + 7+ years of experience in Financial Services segment with understanding of the US Retail Banking Space + Executive presence and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage C-level executives + Knowledge of Lending ecosystems, digital and traditional + Knowledge of SaaS Solutions + Growth mindset **Travel requirements:** + Approximately 20% of the time - Domestic or International EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Wolters Kluwer U.
