The Pain Therapies Downstream Marketing team, representing Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS), Targeted Drug Delivery (TDD), and Intrathecal Baclofen Therapy (ITB) for the treatment of Pain and Spasticity may be the place for you. As a Pain Therapies Principal Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for partnering with a cross functional team to develop and execute an ITB therapy marketing strategy. In addition, you have ownership over practice development programs for the Pain Therapies portfolio. This position is based in Minneapolis, MN. A Day in the Life - Conduct and maintain a market analysis for ITB Therapy to inform strategy development. - Create and execute a therapy marketing strategy for ITB Therapy (to include targeted patient and referral marketing tactics). Gain cross functional alignment to overall strategy and key initiatives. - Serve as the key point of contact for Medtronic’s pharmaceutical partner, Saol Therapeutics. Drive commercial alignment and facilitate partnership on key opportunities. - Lead Pain practice development programs. Maintain a solid understanding of key drivers of practice development to measure program success and evaluate new opportunities. Maximize patient access to Pain therapy options and ensure the Medtronic offering remains competitive in the market. - Launch key programs to the Pain field sales organization and report program metrics to marketing and sales leadership. - Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with marketing, field sales, medical education, and customer engagement teams. - Ensure understanding of all quality policies and systems applicable to this role. Follow required procedures to ensure compliance to promotional labeling requirements. - This position requires approximately 20% travel.
