This position will also develop and implement support plans and work directly with individuals supported to address any situation/s that may arise and ensure the safety of the people supported, team members, and the public. $1500.00 sign on bonus!!! $22.00 per hour Monday-Thursday and every other weekend flexible schedule. Minimum Requirements: - High school degree, GED or experience working with vulnerable populations required - Experience and/or training of at least two years with individuals with dual diagnoses who display physical and verbal aggression. - Comprehension of current MN statutes 245D, Positive Behavior Supports preferred - Medication administration training required (may be obtained after hire) - First Aid training required and CPR Certificate may be required (may be obtained after hire) - Mental Health Certification or credentialed as a Mental Health Practitioner preferred. - Back Ground Study (BGS) clearance is required. - Driver’s license required.
