" Practice Description Fairview Health Services is seeking a Pediatrician physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Elk River . Join our thriving practice that includes multiple on-site specialties. Practice Details: - 13 provider primary care - Patient encounters average 20-22 patients per day . - 36 patient contact hours per week for full-time - Outpatient only. - Call Frequency : 2x/month - Openings: 1.0 FTE preferred , would consider less than full time - As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. - Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
